Gabbys Rustic Eats is a locally owned and operated restaurant off of the 89 in Chino Valley, AZ. The big blue building on the East side of the 89, previously branded as Bonn Fire, closed down in November of 2022 after 16 years in business. Jim and Kelley Cabral, local successful restauranteurs and business owners, took the reigns and got right to work. Breathing new life into the restaurant, Jim and Kelley brought a refreshing western feel to Chino Valley. Gabbys Rustic Eats was created and opened in February of 2023.
Now, six months after opening it is clear that Chino Valley is excited to have another great Lunch and Dinner destination.
As always, we will continue to provide great customer service and maintain a high standard, in regards to food quality, that locals are accustomed to at other Gabbys locations.
